Whats the right insole for me?

Do I need to trim the insoles?
The toe area is made to fit boots or any type of shoe. You can simply trace the end to your stock insoles and trim to fit.
Is there a break in period?
Yes, during the first few days the foam cells in the insoles will break in to fit to your foot even better. The insoles also activate in the first 5-10 minutes of wearing and adapt to your foot.
How long do they last?

Will FP Insoles slow me down?
FP Insoles will not slow you down and we guarantee it. We also guarantee you’ll be able to run or play any sport longer. They only absorb the residual shock energy that happens above the outsole and the ground where the impact occurs. This protects your body from fatigue. FP Insoles are also non newtonian. This means they actually get firm on impact which is the opposite of mud or sand. They adapt to different types of activity, such as walking, running, and jumping depending on the level of impact. For example, when you run they become more stiff on each impact which helps you propel forward compared to normal insoles that squish down but when you stand or walk , FP Insoles are more soft and cushioning.
