Coverage Period: Infinity Foam™ insoles are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers, During the warranty period, the following are guaranteed under normal and intended use:

  • Shock Performance & Material Integrity.
  • Infinity Foam™ will maintain its non-Newtonian shock-absorbing properties for a minimum of one (1) year.
  • Performance loss due to normal compression or impact exposure within this period is covered.

Fabric & Construction

The toe fabric will not delaminate from the insole during normal use within the one-year period.

Remedy Structure:

0–6 Months from Purchase.

Qualifying warranty claims receive a one-time instant replacement at no cost.

6–12 Months from Purchase.

Qualifying warranty claims receive 50% off a replacement pair of the same or comparable model.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper fit, or abnormal wear, including but not limited to:
Excessive fabric wear or holes caused by heavy foot drag, toe clawing, or friction resulting from:
