What This Warranty Covers, During the warranty period, the following are guaranteed under normal and intended use:
- Shock Performance & Material Integrity.
- Infinity Foam™ will maintain its non-Newtonian shock-absorbing properties for a minimum of one (1) year.
- Performance loss due to normal compression or impact exposure within this period is covered.
Fabric & Construction
The toe fabric will not delaminate from the insole during normal use within the one-year period.
Remedy Structure:
0–6 Months from Purchase.
Qualifying warranty claims receive a one-time instant replacement at no cost.
6–12 Months from Purchase.
Qualifying warranty claims receive 50% off a replacement pair of the same or comparable model.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper fit, or abnormal wear, including but not limited to:
Excessive fabric wear or holes caused by heavy foot drag, toe clawing, or friction resulting from:
* Improper shoe fit.
* Failure to properly lace or secure footwear.
* Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.

Heat Molding Instructions (Important – Read Before Use)
For best results, follow these steps carefully:
- Trim First:
Remove your stock insole. Lay it over the KingFoam Elite Quantum Heel™ and trace the outline. Trim to fit your shoe before heating. - Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). - Heat Insoles:
Place insoles flat on a baking sheet.
Heat for 12 minutes. - Cool Briefly:
Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 1 minute.
If the insole feels too hot, allow it to cool slightly longer. - Mold to Your Foot:
Place the insoles into your shoes while wearing socks.
Stand and walk naturally until the insoles fully cool down.
Important:
- Do NOT fold or bend the insole while hot. This can permanently damage the structure.
- If too hot to handle, allow additional cooling time before placing into shoes.
